SP – Coils for tanks
The coils are used for both  heating and cooling liquids in tanks.
They are made of smooth or finned pipes  from iron and steel.
The smooth pipes are used when the fluid inside the tank is strong agitated and / or when  fouling factors may be present.
The finned pipes  are used when the fluid inside the tank is in a slight state of agitation and there are no fouling deposits.
Coils dimensions can vary depending upon fixing  fluids speed inside and outside the pipes in order to gain  high thermal exchanges with surface and price reduction.
 

Technical and construction specifications:

The coils  sizing  can vary depending on tanks dimensions.
Sealed  testing  is  carried out by means of compressed air in a water  tank at 25 bar.
Power supply fluid : thermal oil, steam, water.
