TA-finned pipes
The TA-finned pipes are manufactured using special machines.
The spiroidal fins are slightly wavy at the base offering a larger exchange surface,
a greater support area and a greater air turbulence.
A perfect adherence to the pipe is obtained by mechanical stretching of the tape.

Applications
They are mainly used in the manufacture of heating and cooling coils for industrial applications. Coils of bigger diameter are used to heat greenhouses, farms, etc.

Technical specifications
Pipes from 5/8" (16 mm) to 2 "1/2 (76 mm)
The fin height is from 9 to 40 mm, the thickness 0.3 - 1 mm.
Fins spacing from 2 to 20 mm.
Pipes / fins combination: Stainless steel / Inox - Stainless steel / Al - Fe / Fe - Fe / Al - Cu / Cu – etc.
A table with the exchange surfaces is available on request.

Delivery
Deliveries of pipes are usually made in commercial lengths of 6 mt, but TA finned pipes may also be cut and made in fixed lengths as per customer’ s requirements.
In this case there will be a price surcharge for the further processing.
