BTP - Battery pack
The exchangers built with this system have been planed for civil air conditioning plants and are mainly used in the presence of clean air and at low temperatures.
For their compact shape, high efficiency, reduced weight and cost they can even be used with adequate construction measures in the process applications.
Technical and construction specifications:
As the finned pack is made using the moulding technique, the pipes diameter is always 16mm, 5/8 " with variable thickness from 0.5 to max.1 mm.
Finning is always performed from continuous printed aluminum strips with self- spaced collar.
The possible combinations between tubes and fins are Cu / Al-Cu / Cu.
Adherence to the pipes is achieved by mechanical expansion of the pipes.
The tightness test is performed by blowing dried air at 25 bar and immerson in a water tank.

- low temperature heat recovery system with intermediate fluid
- civil and industrial conditioning systems
- water coolers
- capacitors
- low temperature dryers
