BTE – Electric armoured coils
These industrial heat exchangers with protected electric resistor cannot be compared to any other similar appliances. Planned to be installed on machines and process plants, they are also very useful in civil and industrial conditioning systems, assuring safe, reliable and long lasting performances.
How they are manufactured
BTE coils are realized with finned pipes having an internal resistor made up of a nickel chromium spiral, protected and isolated by a magnesium oxide filling.
The most popular material combinations of pipes / fins are : Fe / Fe - Stainless steel / lnox.
Insulation class IP 44 - IP 55:
Here you can have a look at the most requested and produced models. Each model incudes an alphanumeric code.
Power from 3 to 300 KW or more. Single phase and three phase supply voltage.
Frequency: 50 or 60 Hz.
They can be partialized, equipped with a safety thermostat and a control board. In case of necessity the resistors can be individually replaced.
Norms
They fully comply with CEI standards and the European Low Voltage Directive 73/23 EEC.
Certified testing: dielectric isolation testing, dispersion test, absorption test.
